Tessie Eerligh Scharing Memorial Scholarship Winner
Shanna Jinkerson was born in 1988 and raised in Starkville, Mississippi, where she graduated with honors from Starkville High School in May of 2006. She was active in both UNICEF and HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America). One of her greatest loves has been the youth group at the Starkville church of Christ. With them, she participates in local service projects, West Tennessee Work Camp, mission trips to Honduras, and Lads to Leaders, as well as other fun and spiritual activities. This fall, she will be starting as a freshman at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee.
