Award Announcements!!!
On behalf of the Board, and the Scholarship Selection
Committee, I would like to personally thank each and everyone of you
for applying for the scholarships that we offer. We had another excellent applicant pool this year. Now on to our award winners!
We are pleased to announce that Miriam Drehsel is the 2007-08 winner of the Tessie Eerligh Scharing Memorial Scholarship.
We are pleased to announce that Luke Clayton is the 2007-08 winner of the Faith & Education Scholarship.
Our goal is to have biographies and pictures of our award winners added to the site by the end of July.
We
invite those who were not awarded a scholarship to re-apply next year
and to tell other Church of Christ members about FESF. Start looking
for the new application procedures and deadlines by the end of the Fall. Until then please continue to visit our website. In the
upcoming months we plan to provide helpful information about the
pitfalls with student debt, internships that might help your career
path, and volunteer opportunities that will help you mature spiritually.
